ever since i got back home i cant be nice anymore. not just like opening doors for other people but more like being a human. im a lot crueler and meaner and i can seem to stop being like this!! my older sister said that im being a major bitch and i couldn't find myself caring or anything. plz help i dont wanna be like this forever!!
this sounds more like a lack of empathy to me imo so maybe start with reconnecting with ur empathy pathways in ur brain

ok yeah. some great advice i got from my aunt is that you're having to relearn to be human again and reconnect to the world around you now that you're not surrounded by a bunch of psychos. so be easy on yourself. you've got this :) (u/TraffiCone)
